The Best Sales Teams to Work For
Athletes might have the ESPY’s, but sales teams have the Reppy’s.
Twice a year, RepVue names the top sales org’s to work for, and as always, we’ve got the inside scoop for you.
Before we dive into who they are, let’s look at how the winners are chosen…
Every company on the RepVue platform is given a RepVue score based on important factors like:
Quota attainment
Product-market fit
Inbound lead flow
Compensation
The scores on RepVue range from the low 50s to the upper 90s, with all of the Reppy winners scoring in the high 90s.
The data that makes up the score is collected by verified sales reps who voluntarily submit their company reviews on the platform.
Which brings up two questions:
> Could multiple sales reps conspire and pump up their company score? Yes.
> Would that most likely mean they’re happy with their company? Also, yes.
Of course, it would be better if there was a review from every rep at every company, but in the famous words of Mac Miller (RIP), you “gotta work with what you got”. 🎵
The Overall Winners
The 20 Reppy winners were selected from more than 20,000 companies tracked on the platform and cover a wide range of industries.
Now let’s take a look at the top 10 overall winners. 👇️
Carolina Handling: Forklift sales & service.
MaintainX: Frontline work management software.
Triple Whale: E-commerce analytics software.
UserGems: Sales intelligence software.
Consensus: Pre-sales demo software.
Placer.ai: Location analytics software.
Tropic: Spend management software.
Beanworks: Accounting software.
Spring Health: Mental health solutions.
Recharge Payments: E-commerce subscription software.
In addition to the overall winners, RepVue announced winners in categories like culture, comp structure, lead flow, and max bench press professional development.
If you want to see how your company stacks up against others in your industry, leave a review and you’ll get access to their entire database.
And there’s good news.
If you’re in the market for a new sales job, at least 4 of the top 10 sales organizations are actively hiring.

Sales Tip of The Day 💡
If you want to find out a prospect’s real timeline for a purchase, stop asking:
What’s your timeline for this?
Instead, try something like:
Why is this the right time to make a purchase?
Are you sure this is the right time to buy?
These questions can be uncomfortable to ask, but they’ll uncover the true timeline and reason behind it.
